I alluded to this earlier when told on here that grammar/spelling was something I was obsessing over. A mistake in dosage is just one among a myriad of other errors..b.i.d, t.i.d., sound-alike names of medications.. etc etc. Call me obsessed but my accuracy is 100% day in and out. :) I truly love what I do.
