Scientific anon here. They compared those given either hcq or hcq w/z-pak vs "standard care."
Problems with this article (and maybe the study):
1- no real sauce (details very sketchy–no breakdown of how many subjects were in different treatment groups)
2- what, no zinc given? no discussion of zinc?
3 - no definition of "standard care"
4- no stats at all, just conclusions

When the science is changing so fast, articles written about studies done in the past aren't worth spit. Especially when the writer does not mention when the study was done or its limitations (that they did not know then about x y z factors that we know about now). Doesn't give actual date range of the study (just says they were all released by April 11). SUCH CRAPPY SCIENCE REPORTING. Really, really deceptive.
