>“1974 Edition 129” he read it off a piece of a paper at the end. I wonder if it means anything.

Thought it was odd how Hannity took the time to quote that also, and the 1974 and 129 reminded me a lot of article xyz section kek verbiage so had to do a little searching, and quickly found:

Project Azorian

Wikipedia:

"Project Azorian (erroneously called "Jennifer" by the press after its Top Secret Security Compartment)[2] was a U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) project to recover the sunken Soviet submarine K-129 from the Pacific Ocean floor in 1974, using the purpose-built ship Hughes Glomar Explorer.[3][4] The 1968 sinking of K-129 occurred approximately 1,600 miles (2,600 km) northwest of Hawaii.[5] Project Azorian was one of the most complex, expensive, and secretive intelligence operations of the Cold War at a cost of about $800 million, or $4 billion today. "

This reminds of the Red October Q posts and especially the point where the posts changed from Hunt for Red October to just Red October. In Q724 (2/11/2018) Q pointed out '"The Hunt For" was dropped, and in Q2350 (10/5/2018) Q tied '"The Hunt For" dropped - why?' to 'When was the unauthorized missile fired?' referencing the missile launch that activated Hawaii's incoming missile alert and forced AF1 to re-route 1/13/2018. The Punisher Strikes Twice! I think of the punisher being our good guys taking down the enemy, but if (big if) Hannity's reference is pointing us to the K-129 sunk in 1968 NW of Hawaii and specifically to CIA's Project Azorian to recover it in 1974, then what's the 2nd?

Was there a 2nd project to find & recover another Russian sub? Or maybe to find the Burevestnik ("Storm Petrel"), the nuclear-armed and nuclear-powered (!) missile that Russia admitted losing in March 2018?

Lots of potential stuff that could be related to this.
