After much digging, here are two actual photos of Steve M and his wife on their first date. They were chaperoning a dance at a school named Ridgemont High.
I think she must have a family memeber on the board who's been telling her that her voice is being memed into oblivion. Now she's working on not letting her voice sneak up to that high-pitched baby octave.
