Is it true that scraper sites need the bread title format to be Q Research General # xxxxx: xxxxx Edition (with the pound sign in ahead of the edition number)?

If it is true, the following breds need a # added:

11354, 11355, 11356, 11359, 11359, 11360, 11361, 11362, 11363 and 11364
