If the BO administration's concern was legitimately about Russian interference in the 2016 election, why wasn't the IC tasked to assess Russian interaction with the campaigns of all presidential contenders?

Since DOJ and IC seem incapable of compiling facts and giving transparency to the Russian connections to HRC and her "Foundation" and family and cohorts, can we start a thread specifically to compile that info?
