Don't know but I'm really tired of the V word by now, especially without any context. It's just assumed by everyone that they are super important, without any explanation why. How many people with a flu-like-virus really need to be connected to machines that breathe for them?
It must be important to The Plan though, since Trump keeps talking about how many we're building. If the topic was all just a scheme for the media to criticize the national medical readiness, Trump could have simply proven they are not needed, instead of ramping up production x1000.
