Alright, stop right here and let's define some terms. Because I have no idea if what you mean when you say spirit, spiritual, spirituality is in any way similar to my understanding of these terms. Often these terms have gotten used to express vague new age concepts.
So put forth your definition.
What I know, both head- and book-knowledge as well as a lifetime of subjective experiences in 3 very different "spiritual" traditions, is ill-suited to be expressed verbally, much less over the internet.
