I was at the ER last night. Smallish town. Arrived after dark but still earlyish. Not allowed to enter the ER. All fenced off. There were two outdoor locations fenced off. ER and Covid patients. Being ER we had to remain outside until it was deemed an emergency and patient only was allowed inside. We were told to wait in our car. They would call us with info. 2 hours later and a side trip to Arby's we got a phone call that release would be soon. We were told to wait outside for patient who soon arrived. Released from the fenced in hospital. We got in the car and drove away. In that total of about 3 hours there was not a single other patient. There were a few people in the covid tent but they were laughing and joking and probably not patients as they never entered the hospital.

The ER station was a 3 sided tent with computer, printer, admissions set up but in total darkness but for the computer screen.
