Everyone's so fucking certain…

You know don't know for sure, right? I mean we know there's a loving God. We know Satan (singular or plural exists). Jesus as prophecy told in almost every myth and faith in human history turns out to be real.

But to be so certain of any details beyond that… It's foolhardy. There are commanalities and differences between all the prophecies. We don't know if they're ALL metaphor and codes, designed to only be fully understood AFTER THE FACT. Future proves past. Years in the making. As in millennia.

A tree? A cross? No crucifixion at all? A metaphor? A trial? Multiple meanings exist.

Sin? Inherited? Inflicted upon us? We have certainly sinned too. As a man, Jesus would have to have sinned. Did he die FOR our sins? Or did he give up something significant, whether it be "this life" he inhabited? But not as a sacrifice which washes away everyone's sins, but which is a symbol or example that leads us all to redemption from our own sins. So all men are not absolved of sin for his example, but rather he's a symbol that leads other men to do the same. Symbols will be their downfall.

None of us know how this played ot thousands of years ago, and none of us know how things are going to play out in the next year or two or ten. We're not supposed to know. Trust the Plan. Years in the making.

There are no images of Christ's crucifixion until the 9th Century. Almost like it was made up much much later, after Christ's biblical life. The earliest images of christ are from the 2nd and 3rd Century and they show Christ as a beardless youth raising the dead with a wand. There are no crosses and no gory deaths hanging from torture instruments for hundreds of years after these early images.

I am inclined to agree with you. A strong argument has been made that the prophecies (which do indeed seem to be based on constellations and celestial events) were a way to encode important messages and truths and pass them down through the millennia in a way which could not be obliterated or destroyed by the enemy. Kind of like Q drops.

That is, the enemy would have wanted to destroy books containing the truth or rewrite them if they were only available in a single written form, in order to suit their own evil agenda. But by "decentralizing" the true prophecy in multiple "faiths" and myths through the ages, the kernels of the prophecy survived thousands of years intact, and can be decoded when the time is right. It's a brilliant way to keep an enemy from knowing your plan and keep the enemy from destroying the truth completely.
