Not overhyped. Board had become extremely toxic by mid-July, when @FJ took over completely. Q had to intervene not once but TWICE. But would never call him a mere "janitor" as he called the function of BO/BVs in his recent post.

Everything is well-said. He started in April to pressure this board more and more over time.
