David Ronald Chandler. Big time drug trafficker during the late 80's, operating throughout multiple southern/border states, literally having henchmen guard or distribute weed by the 100's of acres or 100,000's of dollars. Convicted involvement in the disappearance of two former associates,; convicted of the murder-for-hire of another, turned informant. Court case/appeals might be questionable… In 1991 he became the first person to be sentenced to death under the Anti-drug Abuse Act of 1988.
However, in the final hours of the final day of BC's final term he fucking pardoned the top 140 worst, wealthiest, criminals anywhere. Obviously a lot of them were big donors to the Clintons, the media sucked his dick, and nobody ever did anything substantial about it. Bush when asked: I am too busy to focus on the actions of my predacessor. Pathetic!
A few examples re: PardonGate include BC's half brother. Marc Rich, who wasn't even in jail or the US at the time, who never faced justice and instead eluded it entirely throughout his long, comfortable life as yet another one of these Soros-stories, fled Nazi Germany as a child, migrating to a foreign country, going to the best schools, becoming billionaire off natural resources, etc. But anyway, point is, BC commuted Chandlers sentence to life without parole.
