Not only is it an hour later - it's dated a day later on February 13, 2009, and the two tabs are Myanmar and Energy & Environment.
Maybe it's a repeat article that added updates, but when I read it (a) it's about 6 hours after all the others reported, b) it no longer has the pictures that the original had, and c) Breakingviews tab not used.
