Easy to fix! We all know about dopamine and serotonin! We need these to generate mood and to generate "cognition"…anons need ALOT of dopamine and serotonin! So where do they come from? Not like you are born with a bunch and die with a bunch. Our wonderful bodies will make dopamine and serotonin if we provide the pre-cursors. Pre-cursors, in this case, come from foods that contain tryptophan…so if you deny tryptophan from your diet you will be depressed and unable to think clearly.
In a similar way you need resources to fuel your master regulatory system…in particular o3 fatty acids…o6 fatty acids (in abundance in our current food supply) and foods that contain NAPE (also easy to find)..
