Mumbai: Capital markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has ordered a forensic audit of Sun PharmaceuticalNSE 0.65 % Industries as part of the ongoing investigation of the company on a whistleblower complaint in October last year.
In a notification to the stock exchanges Sun Pharma said that Sebi has ordered a forensic audit of the company with regards to financial statements of for the financial years ending March 2016 to March 2018.
