Sure did it to me… I gave up in 2015. Built a shack on a little piece of forested property I bought and pretty much became self sufficient. I just stopped caring about "success". I wont work to pay mexicans to ravage my nation and government shitheads to destroy the world. That simple.
So far it has been a great improvement but nearly all my friends and family dumped me when I did it. Now I hang out with yall when Im not making firewood or growing my garden or dealing with my animals. Fuck the world.
