Large numbers of people indoors in air conditioned spaces is the issue in Singapore.

We have huge issues with molds etc in our air conditioning ductwork, have to stay on top of it to keep people from getting sick.

Virus have a natural infection rate pattern seasonally. Pick at random any tracking graph of a "flu like infection" virus and you will see that cases spike in the cold dry winter months when people are indoors, closer together, and humidity is low. Cases ebb when people are outside more, windows are open, etc. That is the point he was making. Virus won't live as long on hard surfaces which also reduces the transmission rates. Cases never go to "zero" as long as people are in proximity to each other.

Sunlight and artificial UV-C bulbs do kill viruses. UV-C bulbs are used in counter top sanitizers for barber shops, nail salons etc.

Extracorporeal blood sanitation. It has been used successfully in a few COVID cases where the people were very sick, but has only been used in the most extreme cases because it's still considered a dangerous/risky therapy.

Yep. Two of this Anon's children as well. With the little protective googles they put on them, we called it "Baby going to the beach". They also tell you that if the bilirubin still hasn't come down as much as they would like by the time baby is ready for discharge, to strip them nekkid and place them in the sun or if winter in front of a window that gets alot of sun.

"Ultra violet radiation: the cure that time forgot?"

Ultraviolet blood irradiation (UBI) was extensively used in the 1940s and 1950s to treat many diseases including septicemia, pneumonia, tuberculosis, arthritis, asthma and even poliomyelitis. The early studies were carried out by several physicians in USA and published in the American Journal of Surgery. However with the development of antibiotics, UBI use declined and it has now been called “the cure that time forgot”. Later studies were mostly performed by Russian workers and in other Eastern countries and the modern view in Western countries is that UBI remains highly controversial.
