Great Falls is name for the falls on Potomac and a National Park there, and a town that has one of the highest incomes per capita. VERY nice looking place. Suppose many spook chiefs live there.

Empathy is actually a good thing in every case.

If you can't have empathy for even the worst evildoers, then you cannot understand them, and you cannot discern how to direct others away from evil.

Realizing that you are acting like someone you despise can work wonders. But you can only realize that if you have done the work of trying to empathize.

An actual battle is not the time to empathize, agreed.

But that doesn't meant that empathy for even the WORST is not a good thing if we think about it at other times. Empathy is NOT excuse-making.
