"Let me tell you about one of my bio hacks I did on my last cold in 2015 in the winter. I spent 15 minutes in AM sunlight naked. 7.5 minutes on your front and then 7.5 min on my back. Then put four ounces of 35 percent hydrogen peroxide (reagent grade) in a gallon of water. I then ran a cold humidifier in my bedroom all night with this mixture. My biohack had cold gone in the AM before I had to go to surgery."
