UV doesn't penetrate skin, nor do other wavelengths to any significant extent (pic).

Not necessarily. Takes a few independent doctors (or the military for that matter, which supposedly is on /our/ side), and some experimenting over a year or two, then some publications.

For now, and as for me, I'd suggest POTUS abstain from comments made as they were last night.

There's smarter ways to introduce that (if it exists), without having even zerohedge wonder what was going on.

Paper was talking about a grown-up's skin, which means the fully developed "organ" that skin is.

Other than that, what do you see? Red colors? Well that's due to absorption of shorter wavelengths.
