I didn't hear his response because feed was cut, but a reporter was asking Mayor de Blasio about death certificates being unavailable after one month, and she said something about wanting people who have 'died in their homes' to be properly classified as being victims of coronavirus.

Governor Whitmer in her press conference just announced the lifting of some restrictions, allowing boating, golfing [no carts], and several other activities. Whitmer also said landscapers could operate; sounded like she suggested they should wear gloves, mask, and goggles.

Whitmer was just asked about this at her press conference, and said:

"Right now my only job is focusing on saving lives in Michiganโ€ฆI'm not going to sign any bill that takes power away from me or any future governor."
