Anons, need a second opinion on some digging I’ve been doing into Q’s references to EVERGREEN and how they may relate to current ongoing events with China and the Rona.
You’ll recall “Evergreen” first came up in Q1279
>Define Evergreen.
Next, in Q2503 in which Q posted a pic of an evergreen tree in the Hyatt Regency Chongquing Hotel.
>6X-382-NTP0038-3u2
>We know.
Then, in Q3451 with link to twat by Jake Tapper which said simply “evergreen” and Q asking us to:
>Explore further
Finally, in Q3856 he wrote:
>Define Evergreen [HRC USSS code name]
>Non-standard defintion.
>Think depopulation.
This last statement, “define Evergreen – non-standard definition, think depopulation got me wondering what we were missing as far as non-standard definitions were concerned (at least that made any sense in the context of the drops and ongoing events).
It occurred to me that maybe the very cryptic Q2503 was a hint, not about the relevance of the hotel, or even Chonquing, but instead something more broadly – that evergreen simply related to China.
So, for shits and giggles I decided to take a look at the Chinese translation of the word “evergreen”, and got this
Noun – Chang Lu
Adjective – Chang Quing
The first sure looks like a regular Chinese name, and the latter bares more than a strking resemblance to “Chongquing”. So, went hunting for “Chang Lu” – and found this guy.

According to his bio (https://microfluidics.che.vt.edu/content/dam/microfluidics_che_vt_edu/chang-lu/Lu_CV_2020_3_28_web.pdf) , he came to the notice of DARPA in 2006, which is when his career seemed to take off. That says his work might have military application, and that made me "think depolulation".
Apart from his name and appearance, he looks for all the world like he’s an American – has been active in research and university life in the country for 20 years. So I was surprised to see in his bio that he had been awarded the following grants from and for our Chinese friends:
>2016 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad ($6000 cash award), Zhenning Cao
>2011 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad ($6000 cash award), Tao Geng

Anyway – maybe nothing here but thought I’d drop for other eyes and bigger brains…
