it's an open secret AT&T practiced age discrimination…HELLO? But they have a department of lawyers and their layoffs are very very VERY carefully crafted. It's easy to say anecdotally that ppl of Indian or Pakistani or Persian origin males always seen to find another job, but white, black and older Americans (50+) are booted out the door. There's a reason the employees called software development the Persian Mafia. Also lots of complains from women about their muslim bosses' unwanted advances resulted in nothing. Ask how I might know all this?

Internally AT&T has the following and add employee organization after every descriptor:
Asian
Indian (side note Indians are Asian but they get their own group)
Black
Women (all races)
LBGT

truth what truth? has anyone declassified the truth for the public or is the truth still being withheld and only important people are allowed to know and prepare knowing the truth?

the internal address book in at&t marks employees and contractors. In the last 5 years I was there you would see some groups go from 80-20 to 20-80 and even 100% contractors. Not just Accenture, but also Tech Mahindra.
For all of AT&T's Diversity is our strength bullshit (the head of Diversity got chastised for claiming white people are part of diversity and she's black but I digress) AT&T does not track the concentration of religious faith practice. They have entire fractionalized divisions of confirmation bias, and the foregners bring their shit to the office as well. I cannot count how many instances Indians bitched to me about the Pakis and so forth. I remember the muslims making ME uncomfortable on the job because they used a conference room for praying, so i go into and cannot set up because all the men on on their rugs. (oh, don't you DARE complain about that! the boss is muslim!)
