I think you are misunderstanding something. Indictments STOPS the statute of limitations, a sealed indictment then allows that crime to be 'valid' forever. Not sure where you are getting your info.

I would suggest you not post about Pope or Vatican or Catholic Church until you understand. You really do not understand. The Pope has no one above him. Just God.
