Q is a 14yo girl with severe autism and physical disabilities, living in a home for autistic kids. Since she is a high functioning autist and idiot savant, they have given her several powerful computers which she uses to code, to analyze images, to communicate with others via voice synthesis. She got involved in hacking and eventually discovered the group Anonymous when she was 8. A year later, she became their leader.
She solved the Cicada 3301 puzzles and was approached by the DIA to join them. She declined due to being a foreign citizen, but maintained contacts. When Trump began his campaign, she reached out to DIA and together with a few other MilInt people, they hatched the Q plan
