Just to share my experience, confirming what Potus said about disinfect lungs.

I used to be a smoker and then switched to vape. After reading many scary things about the artificial flavors they add inside, and as I was mainly using essential oil to stay healthy, I decided to use a neutal vape liquid and add inside my own mixture of essential oils, selected for their compatibility with lungs and their efficiency against virus, bacteria and fungus :

Lemon Eucalyptus (Bio) 40%

Ravintsara (Bio) 30%

Tee Tree (Bio) 30%

Then I add one drop of this mixture for 10 ml of vape liquid. Through the myst of propylene glycol / glycerin, these essential oil becomes active in the lungs.

The essential oils are chemically terpenes with different composition and works very well together.

Also, terpenes are extremely good solvents for tar, so it hepls to clean your lung at the same time.
