I had a truly troubling thought about that caravan this morning, but I don't want to give them any ideas they didn't have already. (Patriot Anons aren't the only ones here.) Yes, they need to be stopped.

To that end, please keep in mind that saving a page to your computer or to an archive site will save the thumbnails on the page, but these actions will NOT save the full size images that go with them. If you see a graphic on a page that cannot be viewed properly as a thumbnail, you will need to save that full size image separately.

Sometimes I get lucky and find them.

These things had to be kept a secret. There was an active effort at the time to destroy any of the Christian writings. This is why there is such a thing as the occult. That word means "hidden." Had the most precious of writings and practices not been hidden, they would have been destroyed.

By the way, those who would automatically apply the "satanic" label to anything they don't recognize as Christian need to exercise caution lest you inadvertently allow yourselves to become modern day Pharisees.

For instance, I have reason to believe that Jesus went to India and the Himalayas to study there. If you out of hand automatically dismiss everything Hindu or Buddhist as satanic, you could be at risk of dismissing teachings that Jesus himself held dear.

And important question I have entertained from my earliest years of Bible study was this: Had I been present in Israel during Jesus' ministry there with the knowledge prevalent at the time (in other words, without the knowledge that hindsight gives us now), would I have recognized Jesus and followed him then? It is easy to do when we live in a culture that has recognized Christianity for nearly two millennia. But what about when the teachings are absolutely new to the culture?

Worse than that. Many churches will label the metaphysical elements and practices as satanic when Jesus himself practiced them and suggested that we could do greater things than him. These were the things that were kept secret, not just because they would be destroyed, but also because the abilities themselves are neutral. In the hands of the wrong people, they could do great damage. This type of education is not for people who do not practice virtue.
