It appears that the 'White House Correspondence Association' has no legal basis in which it can keep reporters it doesn't like out of briefings, decide who sits where in the briefing, determine their reporting location on the North Lawn, or enforcing anything relating to those who report on the White House. Can President Trump issue an executive order barring this private organization from the White House grounds? Or is that even necessary? Could he simply disallow their presence and have the White House issue a limited number of passes to all media outlets?

The same person has been threatening President Trump for a long time. I think it is someone like Brennan, who won't be arrested until the right time, or someone who is out of the country.

They did have OAN removed, but I haven't been able to find anything that actually gives them that authority. Their presence appears to be 'customary'. Press secretary Stephanie Grisham has declared the OAN reporter a guest, allowing her to attend, but apparently she is unable to even sit in a seat and has to stand in the back.
