The President seems to love his argumentative and chaotic press briefing room performances, but I don’t know how they help him, his agenda or the office if the president.

Not that it matters, but he should never attend press briefings in the small hallway meeting room.

Hold them in the White House main hall or in the larger rooms on the first floor. Repurpose the current room and the press offices back to a hallway to the West Wing. Assign seating randomly and nobody close or directly in front of the president.

If the WHCA doesn’t like it, invite others to attend. Tell them to go to hell.

Invite the press for major briefings once a month or quarter and only onto the White House grounds for the event itself.

Hold sit down interviews On camera with select individual professional reporters more frequently. He does very well in these.

No other government in the world has their press next to the leader’s office. It’s too tempting for the foreign-influences press to not abuse.

Cure another government that allows foreign corporation news writers to dictate the structure, composition and etiquette for executive branch press conferences.

It’s laughable.

The president withdrew from the Paris Accords, reclaimed the Fed, defeated North Korea, ISIS, Iran, England, Germany and China but he’s afraid of 50 foreign-comped news writers?

Winging it for two hours in raucous press briefings doesn’t work for him, ever. It’s often a bad look.

When he ad-libs a bit during otherwise structured speeches, it works well. His personality, concern and genuineness come through in those.

His “Mount of Olives Speech” that helped him win the election has not been repeated yet, but the major themes interwoven with subsequent successes could be.

It was a masterful speech. He doesn’t care to, clearly, but when he prepares for speeches or press conferences he is 10x effective.

More Grace, fewer insults.

Do more down interviews as rewards to favored supporters or least hated adversaries.

Hannity for the base, but gets old, try others of the seriousness and caliber of Sharyl Attkisson or John Solomon.

Brainstorming has a place.

Your immaturity and lack of understanding rarely will.

There are people who get invited to meetings once but then never again.

You seem like that type of person.

They just need to be out of the building, off the grounds and their dedicated space returned to an inside hallway.

Invite a mix of whoever they find professional enough to attend going forward. Let them scream and bitch.

Saw a morbidly obese American woman in shabby clothes speaking in gutter English the other day with the microphone pressed against her mouth like it was her first day out of community college. She tried to hold an impromptu presidential debate and seemed to have An outlined set of marching orders.

He’s just rolling in mud with pigs at these events now.
