Elderly people already have weakened immune systems and multiple co-morbidities. They typically die of pneumonia brought on by some other infection (really pneumonia sets in due to some other infection). There is no need to "inject people in nursing homes with disinfectant" to kill them. All it takes is exposing them to a virulent pathogen and them getting infected, then they get pneumonia and their body gives up.
So logically, no, it does not stand to reason that h/c workers are injecting elderly in their care to kill them.
Cabal motherfuckers are ruthless like that but your average healthcare worker in a nursing home is totally different.
