…It depends on where you are going with this question. Planets do radiate radio-like frequencies. Might be safe to assume that the same phenomena applies to moons. After all, the universe is electrically interconnected. This gets me thinking of ancient skies and the myths/legends passed down through the generations. A whole other topic, itself.
