That's correct, however, the DOJ has not determined there to be any serious Consttutional violations at this time. As a lawyer, I'm familiar with such issues. If the states persist unreasonably in the lockdowns, the DOJ will intervene, as AG Barr has recently stated.

I only believe what I see happen. I'm not a dumbass "trust muh planner." I believe what I see happen, that is all.

 

Questions of states' rights are not about belief, but about actual cases litigated on the issues. Only the jury and judge will decide what evidence is credible and for what purpose.

The DOJ might take action, but there are many private citizen complaints already pending that will have the same effect. The state Governors don't have the authority to issue unconstitutional orders, so when the orders are tested, the states will lose the cases.
