A couple things I find amazing about this post:

1. The fact that Joe can't tie his own shoe laces nor pull his pants on by himself. That isn't bad enough to keep out of the race.

2. The hours of his fondling kids on tape, in front of their parents and the world. Isn't enough to disqualify him, in their minds, to say you are not fit to run.

It takes this other assault to make them think people might not find him savory.
