Using anon's pic with Haiti as a guide, it seems little Laura Silsby (a/k/a Gayler) was only a short boat-ride over to Epstein's temple of sacrifice, oops, I mean vacation sanctuary on St. James Island with her 33 Haitian 'orphans.'

Wasn't there some news about a shipping container the Seals were tracking some time ago? Perhaps that's the method of transport.

That's almost part of the problem. There were SO MANY 'important' people who have been documented there, it almost requires a classification of 'State Secrets' to keep it classified…and un-prosecuted. People's jaws would drop worldwide if multiple arrests of these people were to happen, along with the hidden footage that was taken during their 'stays.' Hillary has been documented taking many flights there, to name but one other.
