Bring may flowers. Whether this is meant as literally may (done in 30?) Is not entirely resolved. The economic rain will bring growth.
As crops grow, it becomes easier to identify the weeds. The economic rains will also shine light onto the darkness. We shall be known by our fruits.
My take on some of it, at least. Though I imagine Q has some more specific meaning behind it all.
