I've said this in the past. It's all about DNA collection. Two to three years ago, people were paying big bucks to have their DNA analyzed and connected to relatives and history of their family. Smart Watches also were really popular, and really expensive. With exposure of these nefarious things, people have wised up, and basically stopped buying th shit 23&me offers, and a lot have stopped wearing Smart Watches, because the fuckery surrounding them has been exposed as well. Given the above, the DS now has trouble collecting everyones DNA and near real time physiological information.
Enter COVID-19. Enter the pushing of fear and panic. Enter "free COVID testing".
Now, people willingly and freely go to be "tested" and unwittingly submit to DNA collection, free of charge, or paid for by Insurance. Wht if the test is contaminated? More COVID cases for [their] agenda. Collection of DNA is back on, people are now able to be analyzed and categorized again.
Smart Watches not popular now? Look at last Christmas time. Prices plummeted on Smart Watches to 50 bucks or so for some that were previously over 200 bucks! Still won't buy? Come out with new tech. Substitute the two finger Heart Monitor now sold (As seen on TV) for a couple hundred bucks that connects to an App in your Phone. Pushing fear again, they can now sucker you in to testing yourself every time you feel odd, and collect even better physiological data than the Smart Watches did.
Now, throw in some 5G physiological stimulus, and that EKG monitor becomes an even more useful tool to them, able to monitor the effects of their new EM weapon.
