Researcheranon and doing a dig on Tesla's old patents, have been here before as a FE researcher in the early 2000's but missed the UV stuff.
Some things about Tesla…his "claims" covered the effects he was trying to produce electrically but never covered FE, health benefits (well some did..), etc. If you know much about patents, you hightail it to the claims to see what the inventor thought they were doing…Tesla is always cryptic but spot on…but never specific health or over unity claims..
With that in mind…Telsa invented tech to produce higher frequency light waves. Violet to red in the visible IR spectrum. Something you can build at home with a motor or oscillator and just spin it to the right revs per sec = frequency. This is NOT HARD STUFF if you take the time to understand.
Telsa's work was extended heavily in the early 1900's and this is where we should LOOK..in my opinion. Health claims being made about these devices, etc.
