I think because we're dealing with people who have no higher than a recall level of comprehension, they have to bit hit over the head with a hammer.
A recall response would be Trump said disinfectant. Lysol/bleach are disinfectants. Trump said take lysol.
POTUS, I think, is dealing with a situation where people are taking the experts like Fauci and Birx for their word, since they don't understand any medical terms. POTUS therefore uses 'disinfectant' because people have been constantly using disinfectants during the lockdown to kill 'germs'.
It follows, then, the suggestion of, "How about being able to disinfect (killing germ) inside the body like you've been doing in your home?"
The whole MSM clusterfuck is just going to lead to the idea of "disinfecting" the body. It has to be couched as "disinfect" because people understand that and not the medical terms for the same thing. If POTUS got up there and read a scientific paragraph about antiseptic breakthroughs everyone would tune out, forget it, or be bombarded with the MSM debunking it. With the "disinfect" approach, he has everyone's attention. Everyone knows what disinfect means.
Next step is revealing modern technologies of how to disinfect and the opening up of the concept that vaccines don't disinfect.
