When it was mandated by his office, that they must take them back.
On April 22nd(NY post) the next day he said nursing homes can not reject Coronavirus patients.
Something i thought about. What if the rumors of Kim's death/incapacitated are a ploy to expose bad actors still trying to influence or regain control of North Korea.
