Douglas Aircraft Company was an aerospace company that became McDonnell Douglas which merged with Boeing.
RAND was founded by Henry H. "Hap" Arnold, Donald Douglas, Curtis LeMay. It is a non-profit corporation.
Reports are that Douglas was involved in the analysis of downed ET vehicles, reproduction vehicles, and the commercialization of that technology. Now in the hands of Boeing.
We know from wikileaks that RAND was involved in clearing the production of movies in the Sony emails.
We also know they have their hands in Universities, likely approving the curricula.
Conclusion: They have been managing messaging to the masses to both suppress and drip, drip, drip out the truth regarding the nature of our reality using tax dollars from WE THE PEOPLE.
