RAND is into all sorts of fuckery. Think tank that is essentially a mercenary outfit for ideas: tell us how to present, justify, and accomplish X move (for more control over people) to other orgs & governments so we can accomplish (this one part) our agenda.
Looking at the body of work, it becomes clear what that agenda is.
Large think tanks disseminate to smaller orgs/think tanks, pyramid or MLM style.
There are always multiple battles in any war. Not all battles are won, though one side may win most battles and still lose the war.
An Op may be a battle or it may not; i.e., recon/prep for a battle that is coming, or sabotage of enemy capabilities so they will be more likely to lose upcoming battle.

Some MILINT chimed in very, very early on to try to get us to understand what Q team was trying to get us to do - present the information in circular flow (or other type) diagrams/graphics because the power of these is more than bullets in a way (my words).
-do the research
-distill it down to understandable to the public
-make graphics to show that so everyone can understand by seeing (versus having to read a lot, with a lot of background knowledge)
Some of us did that.
We have had the discussion before that /memefarmer/ started again yesterday: we make graphics but we are missing the feedback at the moment about their success/failure rate and whether the targeting is on or off. We had a wonderful lady running our War Room who really helped us with this - tracking and feedback and direction. Right now this is missing so this effort is not as effective as it it could be, wrt memes.
WRT diagrams (large amounts of info in an easily understandable format) I haven't seen many lately and I haven't made any lately.

So, with all that said - in light of the question/answers on RAND etc., what the public needs now it to understand the top-down pyramidal structure of how the agenda is accomplished via think tanks that artificially seed those ideas to the public (via mockingbirds, influencers, ad campaigns, tv/movies/music)? Basically, how controlled they are without knowing it?

So, tying it to RAND (Big Daddy think tank), idea/policy dissemination to smaller think tanks/orgs to governments & "activists". Those on the bottom (the lowest level company) have no idea they are inside 5 different shells.
Art for art's sake is one thing, memes for the lulz is another (shitposting, "shift" graphics), but when the goal is assisting MAGA/Q+ then there are specific needs and focus, the feedback is good to get because making what doesn't work doesn't help Q+.

Being coerced is more akin to being tricked into it, though passively going along with it rather than being forced. It's manipulation and deception - no one likes to be deceived or manipulated and it naturally makes a person angry to find out they have been.
So show them that and direct their anger at the proper people…a sort of 'reset to 0' if you will. When they know and understand, they can consciously choose for themselves what to like/dislike believe/disbelieve etc. No more manipulation, just their own free choice.

China was irresponsible and clumsy (also criminal) in hiding it from the world and lying about it after but I can't understand why it would develop a bioweapon that would hurt their own people the most.
