So, say Flynn is completely exonerated, case dismissed, clean record. Say also that it his declaration that he resigned from his post -under duress- is corroborated by the facts. Grenell can serve for what, 90 days? If these things happen before then, could Flynn walk back into the NS Adviser office without having to be re-confirmed?
