What makes you think Maria or anyone outside of their twitter bubble can actually see all the Q-related replies to Maria's tweet?

I'm not sure if it's connected, but the day that Trump posed his infamous "inject disinfectant" question and then left the room, a reporter shouted out something like "is sarcasm appropriate Mr President?"
The next day, POTUS explained away his disinfectant statement as sarcasm. Even though there is actually a current NIH medical study into using chlorine dioxide (a food-grade water disinfectant) on COVID19 patients.
I've demonstrated to myself on many occasions that you're wrong. Just because you can see tweets, does not mean the rest of the world can see tweets. You are relegated to a twitter silo. Whether Maria can see the tweets herself, I'm not sure, but the world is not generally seeing those Q related replies.
