I hope someone can answer because I'd like to know (and I may be an idiot, definitely could be) - is the graphic showing that all (or most) of the MIL traffic for these facilities goes through RAND?

Thanks, guys, maybe someone who is more familiar can answer. Whatever the case is, clearly RAND has a lot more close access than makes me comfortable.
The book on Tavistock by John Coleman is very good. He has written other things that are of paramount importance to our research here, and it's not hearsay or secret sources, it's what he was invited into (and ultimately rejected in horror).
