Had a summer job, between sophomore/junior years in college working for a Halliburton fracking location in upper Appalachia driving the pipe/connections/acid truck. $1.25/hour. Averaged well over 80 hrs/week.
Built up the pipe/connections from the huge pumping trucks to well head, rested when they started pumping, then worked on breaking everything down and head home. Lost breaks 2x, shattered a clutch, broke the drive shaft and the auxiliary transmission standing on brakes to the bottom of the mountain. Great Job.
