It seems a stretch to me. Alternately, two lights out. Twin Towers, WTC. Recall two lights have been lit to represent the twin towers and being out in Q's post can mean the towers being gone, thus a link back to what really happened then.

Thank you for the considered reply. Context always matters and perhaps I was just stuck in thought on WTC and the two light thing. Our founding happenings are more likely, you are right. It is just that sometimes Q has dual meaning posts.
