Pardon says he did the crime. Exoneration says he didn't. Exoneration means that others DID commit crimes against him and could be prosecuted.

I'm in favor of full exoneration with full restitution.

Nah, if the had wanted a shooting match with a bunch of hunters, they'd have parked the car. They know better. Parking that car would have put a couple polecat hides in the pig trough.
