What's funny about Sergei Millian is that a Barry supporter from Harvard once claimed that he was killed on the Russian plane that crashed. It was all bullshit from 4Chan at the time, but there was a clear effort to paint POTUS and/or Putin as having taken out this guy bc he was "so important" when it came to the fake Steele Dossier.
