the only racism that blacks might encounter is a result of the generally poor behavior by their peers. if i run a small business and over time hire 10 blacks… 9 of which are constantly a problem (coming to work late, poor behavior) of course i am going to be less likely to hire any black person that comes through the door, regardless of their education or speech. its just the law of averages… and you can't blame people for noticing trends and acting upon them accordingly.
