I noticed sometime ago with my normie friends that the one thing they really get triggered over is vaccines. They'll talk about JFK, 9/11, the Moon Landings, etc no problem at all. Mention vaccines and that's it. They go apeshit crazy - vaccines save lives, anti-vaxxers are the devil's work, forced vaccinations, hurrah! It's not even OK to suggest transparency re: vaccine contents.
I too have noticed TDS kicking into overdrive, and it's the same normies who support vaccinations without reserve who are the source of all this.
Revealing the awful truth about big pharma isn't going to sit well with a lot of people. In my opinion, it's the one thing that'll really wake them up. Problem is, they don't want to hear it.
